1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between bd1122 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", or "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses any service provided on the bd1122 website at https://bd1122.org. By completing the registration process, logging in, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using bd1122 and close your account.

2 Eligibility and Registration

Access to bd1122 services is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual acting in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of any business, organisation, or third party.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bd1122 account credentials, including your username and password. bd1122 strongly recommends that you select a unique, strong password and that you do not share your login details with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorised by you.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bd1122 immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. bd1122 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to exercise reasonable care in protecting their credentials.

bd1122 prohibits the transfer, sale, or gifting of accounts between individuals. Each account is personal and non-transferable. Any attempt to transfer account ownership will result in suspension of both the transferring and receiving accounts.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

bd1122 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals, all denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT):

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your bd1122 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes for mobile wallet methods under normal operating conditions, though processing times may vary during periods of high transaction volume or during scheduled maintenance windows.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. bd1122 reserves the right to request documentation confirming ownership of any payment method used on the Platform. Where a discrepancy is identified, bd1122 may hold funds pending investigation and may refund the deposit to the originating payment method minus any applicable processing fees.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. In addition to promotion-specific terms, the following general conditions apply to all bd1122 bonuses:

6 Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

In the event of a conflict between provider rules and bd1122 platform rules, the bd1122 platform rules shall take precedence to the extent permitted by the provider's licensing terms.

7 Sports Betting — Cricket and Other Markets

bd1122 offers pre-match and in-play sports betting markets on cricket — including BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, and international fixtures involving the Bangladesh national team — as well as other sports markets. The following conditions apply specifically to sports betting activity on bd1122:

• All bets are accepted at bd1122's absolute discretion. bd1122 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at any time without providing a reason.
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled by the Player. Confirmed bets are final and binding.
• Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change up until the moment of bet confirmation. The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed at the time your bet is confirmed by the system.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bd1122 will apply the settlement rules applicable to the relevant market as detailed in the sports betting rules section of the Platform. Where no specific rule applies, bd1122's decision on settlement shall be final.
• bd1122 will not be liable for any losses arising from incorrect odds being displayed due to data feed errors or technical malfunction. Bets settled at clearly erroneous odds may be voided at bd1122's discretion.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd1122 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including losses arising from service interruptions, technical faults, delayed payments, or outcomes of any game or betting market. bd1122's total liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

bd1122 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and events beyond bd1122's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features within it. bd1122 will use reasonable commercial efforts to restore service as quickly as practicable.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

bd1122 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By using bd1122, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bd1122 employs industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers.

12 Account Suspension and Termination

bd1122 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, where bd1122 reasonably believes that:

• The player has breached any provision of this Agreement.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited purposes.
• Continuation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players.
• The player is under the age of 21.

Upon account termination for cause, bd1122 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, remaining balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where a serious breach is established, bd1122 may forfeit the account balance in full and report the matter to relevant authorities.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting support. Where a player requests closure for responsible gaming reasons, the account will be closed immediately and the player will be subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before any re-registration is permitted.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations. bd1122 and the Player agree to make good-faith efforts to resolve any dispute informally before initiating formal proceedings.

All formal complaints must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. bd1122 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and will provide a substantive response within 14 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, the parties may seek resolution through an appropriate alternative dispute resolution mechanism.

14 Miscellaneous

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of bd1122 to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and bd1122 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
